Shane Chambers

Executive Director

Shane was hired in July, 1999 and has been a large factor in Barn Lot's continuing growth and success. "I can't imagine working anywhere else. Barn Lot is not just my job, it is a huge part of my life. I work with tremendously talented people on a daily basis and I love the challenge of keeping the theater vital and ever growing.

Kacy Hope

Administrative Assistant and Director of Children's Programming

Kacy was hired in January of 2008. Kacy has been with the theatre in a volunteer capacity since 1989 and has also served on the Barn Lot Board of Directors. "Working at Barn Lot is like living a dream. Not only do I work with a fabulous group of people, but I also get to expand my creativity through the theater. I look forward to serving our patrons and helping Barn Lot grow throughout the region."

Patrick Sperry

Technical Director

Patrick has served in his capacity for eight years and is a vital part of the productions and events our patrons participate in. "I enjoy working with very creative people. I also learn a lot from the good folks I encounter at Barn Lot. I find a lot of personal fulfillment by being involved with Barn Lot Theater".

Technical Assistant and Maintenance

Three seasons ago Kenneth served as our in-house artist and is now on staff as the Assistant to the Technical Director and Maintenance. Kenneth is a crew member of many of the productions that Barn Lot has done in the past 4 years. His specialty is stage make-up.
